Our plans are general DIY guides. They are not engineered, have not been reviewed or stamped by a licensed engineer or architect, and are not certified to meet any building code. You are responsible for:

• checking local building codes, permit requirements, HOA rules, setbacks and utility locations;
• choosing materials suitable for your climate, soil and use (including lumber safe for food gardens);
• checking that the structure suits the loads it will carry;
• using tools safely and wearing protective equipment.

Plans are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Check every measurement before you cut. To the fullest extent the law allows, YardBuildPlans is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of a plan.

Use of plans

You may download, print and build from our plans for your own personal use, and build as many as you like. Please don't resell, republish or redistribute the PDFs or drawings. Share a link to the plan page instead.

Purchases, delivery and refunds

Premium plans cost $19.99 USD, one-time(no subscription). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The seller is Bity LLC, and the charge shows on your statement as "BITYCLIPS* YARDPLANS".

Delivery: premium plans are digital PDF files. Nothing is shipped. Right after payment the download appears on your order page, and we email a download link to the address you used at checkout. Each link works for 7 days; you can get a fresh link from your order page at any time, or by replying to the email.

30-day money-back guarantee: if a plan isn't right for you, email shibley@apistatuscheck.comwithin 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method. No need to explain or send anything back. Refunds are processed by hand, usually within 2 business days; your bank may take 5–10 days to show it. Once refunded, the download link stops working.

A premium plan is licensed for your personal use, like the free plans above. The disclaimer above applies to free and premium plans alike.
