About YardBuildPlans

We publish plans for small backyard wood builds: raised garden beds today, then chicken coops, small sheds up to 10×12, workbenches and firewood sheds. Nothing bigger. No garages, cabins or barns.

Each plan is generated from a 3-D model of every board. The dimensioned drawings, the cut lengths, the shopping list and the build steps all come from that one model, so changing the size changes everything consistently. Our software also checks every plan before it's published: parts can't overlap, every cut fits on a standard board, and the cut list matches the drawings.

Every free plan is a complete set of drawings and steps you can build from, with no email gate. The premium edition adds the time-savers: the full cut list, cutting diagrams and shopping list.

The drawings are our own. We don't copy anyone else's plans.
